工事についての感想
前回工事も弊社が担当させていただいた事もあり、居住者の皆様の工事への理解が高くとても協力的で工事がやりやすい環境だったので助かりました。
アルミ手摺の経年劣化が見受けられた為、金属コーティング剤にてメンテナンスを行
いましたが皆様に満足いただけたので嬉しかったです

屋上防水および斜屋根防水は既存防水層をすべて撤去して新規防水を施工する仕様だったので天候に留意して工事を進めました。
