工事についての感想
玄関扉改修や階段防水など居住者の皆様にはご不便おかけしましたが、皆様の協力がありスムーズに工事完了することができました。
築年数が経っている物件でしたので経年劣化している箇所が点在しておりましたが綺麗に改修することができました。

斜壁の撥水剤の劣化が著しかったので改修が困難でしたがセブンウォールにて綺麗に改修できました。
擁壁の塗膜の膨れが多数あり、綺麗に仕上げるために既存塗膜の撤去に苦労しました。
