本工事では、塩ビシート防水機械固定工法を実施しました。

作業員さんには15階への荷上げ荷下ろし作業を何度もしていただきました。
本工事では、屋上緑化撤去新設工事を行いました。
常緑キリンソウ袋方式を実施いたしました。
こちらの方式は今後植栽の移動が楽になるメリットがございます。

工事についての感想
屋上防水工事のため、重量物の上げ下ろしでクレーンを使用するため、安全と養生にかなり気を使いました。
20年以上前の防水からの新規の防水でしたので、以前の防水では不可能だった防水の納め等も採用でき、より品質のいい防水に仕上げることができたと思います。
保証期間のかなり長い物件になりますので点検にも万全を期したいと思います。
