団地内の屋上防水工事でした。屋上全面に敷き詰めてあるブロックを撤去し、その上に新たに断熱材入りの防水を行う工事なので、とてもボリュームがありました。
屋上のブロックを降ろす際も、屋上に防水材を上げる際も、クレーンを使用しました。団地内の道路にクレーンを設置するため、部分的な通行止めが発生しました。しかし居住者の皆様にご協力頂き、事故なくクレーン作業を終えることが出来ました。
屋上の既存防水層を撤去する際に大きな音が出るため、最上階のお客様にご理解、ご納得頂くために丁寧な説明を心掛けました。
