工事についての感想
駅前で、車や歩行者共交通量の多い交差点にあるマンションの改修工事であったため安全には特に注意しなければならない現場でした。
また、調査の結果下地補修の数量が大幅に増えた事により全体工期の延長がありました。その事により仮設足場が年跨ぎになってしまいましたが、居住者の皆さまのご理解ご協力もあり最小限の延長で工事を終える事が出来たと思っています。

・外壁タイル注入の補修数量増で工期延長しました。
・府中街道側の道路使用が頂けず足場資材の搬出入の計画が大変でした。
