工事についての感想
理事長以下理事会がとても積極的かつ決断が早く打合せがスムーズに行えました。居住者の方も全体的に愛想の良い
方が多く作業員共に雰囲気の良い現場作りが出来たと思ます。

・隣地等の立地状況は良好でしたが、道路向かいに高校があったため、音出しの作業時間等に気を付けました。
・既存長尺シート撤去後、既存のウレタン防水が線防水ではなく面でのウレタン防水であったため、
その処理が追加工事となり、その他外構関係の追加工事もあり工期延長となりました。
