日本防水工業を選んだ理由
東面が狭く足場架設の際は大変だった。
上裏塗装面が脆弱剥離が多くあり、その箇所は撤去～目荒し～吹き戻しをした。
階段下の玄関前に雨天時、雨水が溜まってしまうので、写真のように側溝新設工事を行った。

工事についての感想
エントランス面は歩道に面していたので歩行者・自転車との接触に注意しながら作業を行った。
