工事についての感想
細かく工事について質問頂く住戸があったため、その住戸の対応含め居住者対応に特に気を使いました。
立地としては観光地のそば且つ駅前であったため人通りが多く、足場の組立解体の際に歩行者の動線、
区画等に気を付けました。
躯体の状態、特に手摺の根本の爆裂が多くみられましたので丹念に補修を行い、改善出来たと思います。

・駅前で人通りが多かったり、隣地が近いなど立地が厳しい面もありました。
・屋上にＫＤＤＩの基地局があり、防水の際の事前打ち合わせ等が必要でした。
